Would like everyone to sign up.. I have been getting some ideas on some regs for alliance and our guild. Not much will be changing maybe the wording. Thinking about adding a "Market day" for those that want to sell stuff when we get bigger.. when selling in AC will be allowed. Give me thoughts...

Also have read the BaR regs for their new alliance.. thinking I like some of the regs. Each guild has a probation period of one month then is voted on by representatives of the guilds in the alliance before becoming members of alliance. We maybe should also use this in guild... hmmmm

Give me your thoughts.. this is OUR guild not mine.. I never was very good at being a dictator so want to keep this diplomatic it has always worked for shiz in the past so why change something that isnt broken...

That probation thing sounds like a hot idea. Sorry I haven't been on much though, my history and english teachers have been overloading me with crap. On top of that I was asked to go to prom with a friend of mine, and I couldn't turn her down and now I have to take care of a ton of paper work. I also managed to slip and fall in torrential rain and break my watch. Ahh, what a week. Tomorrow I won't be on much because of teen arts...so yea. More on topic, the market day sounds nice. It would be a good chance for alliance members to buy/sell what they want. The probation/rewards idea also sounds nice for members. It would give a little more incentive to stay, and once your a shiz, your a shiz Twisted Evil

How many times has Faith been back.... and others that beg to come back even if they were kicked for a bad reason. We are unforgettable. And I love you all for that. LOL guess we even have a rep in the game itself. Been having people tell me they had heard of us before we meet them. Woot go Shiz make em want to be a Shiz but we tend to get to be selective.

I understand, lots have been either the exam time (finals grrrr) or end of school year crap. You know I dont want your grades to suffer!!!! Shiz members are smart one of the reasons I would never leave!!! But thanks for the heads up, and letting me know you are okay.

Sorry about bad week... think it is world wide lately. Just think it will end sometime.

Have fun at prom.. WANT PICS DANG IT. Jin in a tux.. love it!!! So is this "relationship" going anywhere???? huh huh,... tell me!!!

Anyone have any more suggestions or ideas for alliance... like how to get these new guilds on the forums!!!! Push it, yes been lazy and havent been. Oh and am thinking War could take over some event planning, I asked them but waiting response. Guys we are the top guild here.. lets act like it. Guess what????

We are a alliance of two again. Going to hold off on joining any or looking for guilds unless we do some massive questioning of them.

If you have any questions you would ask a guild wanting in (thinking of no more joining up with one formed.... think about why Evil or Very Mad

) tell me. So I can ask them.

mine are:
1. Do you/guild pvp? I dont mean AB or the other "pvp" areas in factions, I mean like HA or gvg.
2. Do you mind some suggestions on builds that are shown in public channels IE: Alliance chat?
3. Is it wrong to have some pride in your guild/alliance?
4. Forums? Do you/guild belong to any of the gw fan site forums or guild forums?
5. PVE? How much? (dont mind pve, hey I do it alot but just wondering)

I cant think of anymore atm... anyone have any?

ps.. just want to be prepared.
